Marketing Programs
The Department of Marketing offers 1 major and 2 minor programs for undergraduate students. These programs will give you the communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills you need to be successful in a wide variety of work environments.
These programs will also prepare you for advanced study of marketing and business at the graduate level.
All three programs require admission to the College of Business.
Marketing Major
Every business relies on marketing, making it an in-demand profession.
As a marketing major, you will learn to understand why customers select certain products and services, and how to market those products through creating and delivering persuasive messages.
This program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

This minor suits many majors within the College of Business and beyond.
Whether you’re selling an idea, a product, a service, or even your own talents to a potential employer, skills in sales are crucial to help meet others’ needs.
The Professional Selling minor focuses on the art of sales and prepares you to become a successful sales professional.
