Training & Development Graduate Certificate

The Training and Development graduate certificate program will prepare professionals for positions in employee training and development programs, as well as other informal training roles.  

Courses are offered entirely online to accommodate adult learners who are working full-time. The curriculum includes coursework in: 

• training theory and application
• training with technology
• leadership and communication
• educating the adult learner

These competency areas align with the standards established by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and Association for Talent Development (ATD).
