Career Services Staff

Career Services collaborates with faculty and staff to more fully engage students in defining their own pathway for success through a seamless, individualized career development process. 

This will contribute to:

• Student satisfaction 
• Student retention
• Enhanced employer relations 
• Opportunities for internships and work experiences while in school 
• Opportunities for the world of work or graduate school after graduation

Career Services staff are primarily located on the Winona campus in the Warrior Success Center in Maxwell 314. However, Trent Dernbach is based out of the Rochester campus to make in-person appointments convenient for students in Rochester.
