Fitness Classes
Whether you want a full-body workout or a relaxing yoga session, there is a WSU fitness class for you.

Group fitness classes are open to all current WSU students. Please bring official WSU ID to class.
Butt n’ Gut is a higher intensity workout focusing on the glutes and abs.
Every session has sets of weights, no weights, and cardio so each area focused on is worked consistently
HIIT is a combination of high intensity intervals followed by rest periods.
In this class, we will focus on cardio and resistance training to get a full body workout.
Exercises change every week, so every class is different. This class will make sure you get in a good sweat.
Full Body Strength
In Full Body Strength class, you will target your major muscle groups through different lifts.
Each class will consist of different sets that target a lower body muscle, an upper body muscle, a combination of the two, and some quick cardio.
Tabata & Zumba
Tabata and Zumba is a new class that offers a dance warmup followed by a series of exercises. The exercises will be performed in an interval format with quick breaks in between exercises.
Affirmation Yoga includes simple yoga poses that allows participants to feel relaxed and refreshed afterwards.
Unwind after a long day with Relaxation Yoga!
This class incorporates all your favorite yoga poses and will leave you feeling refreshed.
With this twist on your regular yoga class, you will be working on building strength in a fun and relaxing way.
