Printing Expectations
- You must size all files to the “final” print size you want. We do not do any resizing.
- All print files must be in a PDF format. We do not convert other file types to PDF.
- Unusual printing or laminating projects are subject to set up of $15 per 30 minutes
- Print jobs over $50 will require a “Proof Approval”
- Printing under $20 will be billed to your Purple Pass account
- Projects will be held for up to 30 days. If not picked up, it will be recycled and you will be charged the cost anyway.
The DLC uses a HP Color Laser Jet color printer. Allow at least 24 hours to complete your printing project. During peak times of the year, this turnaround time will be pushed to 48 hours.
Small color printing projects can usually be turned around quickly, but larger projects may take longer. The more advance notice is preferred, and we cannot guarantee your project will be finished in less than 48 hours.
Documents not saved as a PDF will not be printed. Remember to have money in your Purple Pass account before sending the request
