RCTC Location
This WSU-Rochester location features a variety of helpful offices, exercise facilities, lab spaces, and study lounges at the RCTC Main Campus.
WSU partnered with Rochester Community & Technical College (RCTC) to offer students even more classroom space and other facilities in Rochester.
The college’s classroom spaces and other facilities intended for WSU-Rochester students are run by WSU faculty and staff.
The RCTC Main Campus is located at the corner of Hwy 14 E and 30th Avenue SE in Rochester. Campus includes WSU-Rochester Student & Campus Services (SCS), Tech Support, multiple labs and classrooms, Student Health Services, Goddard Library and the Regional Sports Center.
The SCS Office has many free resources for students of all academic levels.

All WSU support services are available to students in Rochester.
Here students can pick up their Warrior IDs and fully configured PC or Mac lap from the eWarrior Digital Life and Learning Program.
Tech Support can also troubleshoot, back up, and clean student laptops issues for free.
Tech SupportRCTC’s on-campus clinic is on the first floor of the Health Science building where students can access primary and specialty care services, like immunizations, sports physicals, on-demand symptom advice, and lab work.

Counseling ServicesRCTC Health Services partnered with the Zumbro Valley Mental Health Center to provide even more mental health support services.

The RCTC location has 3 lab spaces for WSU-Rochester Nursing, Computer Science, and graduate students.
The simulation lab in the Health Sciences wing allows nursing students to practice care for a wide range of patient types in a safe and controlled environment.
Students work with sophisticated and life-like manikins, including newborn, infant, child, adult, and a birthing female.
The Nursing Department works closely with community partners like Mayo Clinic and surrounding county health departments in Rochester.
For Computer Science students, this lab in Singley Hall features computer systems loaded with software specifically licensed to the Computer Science Department.
This lab requires a security access card, which is available from Tech Support.
Exclusively for our graduate students, this lab is in the Graduate Student Lounge of East Hall.
There are 2 computers in this lab that are equipped with WSU software and apps, making it the perfect spot for graduate students to work on assignments or research online.
WSU-Rochester students have access to some services at the RCTC Goddard Library, such as:
- Use library computers and printers
- Use study spaces and reserve study rooms
- Check out books
- Use databases while on campus
WSU-Rochester students are primarily served by Krueger Library as distance students.
You can search the Krueger Library catalog and request that physical books and media be mailed directly to you.
Students have access to free academic assistance in the Learning Center on the third floor of the Goddard Library.
Students also have access to free online tutoring through WSU Tutoring Services.
