Purple Pass
Purple Pass allows all students, faculty, and staff to use their WSU Warrior ID like an internal campus debit card. Just deposit money on your card to start purchasing products and services on campus such as:
- Jack Kane Dining Center
- Zane’s Food Court
- Somsen Café
- Einstein Bros. Bagels & Caribou Coffee in the Krueger Library
- Just Baked and Vending Café at Helble Hall in the Education Village
- On-campus vending machines (PDF), which offers a $0.10 savings on beverages
- WSU Bookstore
- Library Services
- Media and Printing Services– copies, printing, lamination, and 3-D printing
- Warrior Entertainment Network — movie tickets, concert tickets, sporting events, theatre events and more
- Student Clubs — Homecoming T-shirts, I Love WSU Day, and other campus events
Purple Pass is simple and easy to use, with the convenience of not having to carry cash on you. You never lose your Purple Pass funds—they will transfer over semester to semester and year to year.
If you leave WSU, you can request your Purple Pass balance to be applied towards your Student Account or receive a Purple Pass refund.
Deposit Funds
You can reload your Purple Pass account whenever it is convenient for you. There are no fees if you use a guest account to make a deposit to a student, faculty, or staff member’s account.
GET is your online tool for managing your Purple Pass account and tracking all Purple Pass, Dining Dollars and meal plan transactions on your Warrior ID card.
You can also place mobile orders at all campus food locations through the free GET app.
As a student, faculty, or staff member, you can deposit money into Purple Pass using your GET account.
Friends and family members can also make guest deposits.
GET tracks your account balances, transaction details, and spending history including:
- date and time of purchase
- location of the on-campus vendor
- dollar amount spent or activity where your card was used
With built-in security measures, you can reset your password at any time, report your card lost/found, and report your cellphone lost/found.
Bring cash, check or a credit card to the cashiers in the Warrior Hub, located in Maxwell 209.
You will need to provide your Warrior ID number.

Refunds
You cannot take cash out of your Purple Pass account while you are still enrolled or employed at WSU.
When you graduate, transfer, or leave WSU, you can apply your remaining Purple Pass funds towards your student balance. If your balance is paid in full, you can submit the Purple Pass Refund Form (PDF).
