Door Access

The Campus Card Office coordinates the technology inside your card, and Facilities Services provides you access to your assigned campus building(s). 

Before requesting door privileges, please fill out the key issuance form and have it signed and approved by your supervisor, administrator or dean.

Inside your Warrior ID Card is an internal antenna and chip that works with the door readers located at the outside doors of campus buildings. 

It is important to keep your Warrior ID Card in good condition. If your card is bent, broken, chipped, or abused in any way, you will be responsible to purchase a replacement card at the cost of $20.
