Many health insurance plans may issue a separate card from your health coverage. Keep a picture on hand or just these important numbers:

- ID Number
- Rx Group Number (if applicable)

3. Transfer Prescriptions to a New Pharmacy
Provide your current pharmacy’s phone number and the name of the medication and prescription number (if you have it) that you need transferred to the “new” pharmacy at which you want to fill the prescription.
4. Temporarily Transfer Prescriptions During Breaks
You can easily transfer a prescription to another pharmacy temporarily.
