Here you’ll find a variety of resources, tools, and scholarship information that is designed to help you succeed.

Get in touch with the Intercultural & Completion Coordinators for an advising appointment.
Whether it’s a personal, career, academic and financial issue, they will listen and help you figure out ways to keep working toward your goals.
They can connect you with Financial Aid, Student Support Services, and other campus service offices.
They can even partner you with a mentor to make your first year at WSU easier.
WSU’s confidential advocate is here to provide confidential and trauma-informed support services when you need them the most.
Sexual violence happens on college campuses throughout the world, including Winona State.
Our confidential advocate will support you, help you understand your rights and assist you in making informed, personal decisions.
Additionally, students can reach out to the Advocacy Center of Winona to learn about resources, services, and support available throughout the WSU campus community.

Counseling Services
College can be tough on your mental health, but WSU Counseling Services is here to help you be successful in your personal life as well as academics.

You can explore online resources to help you cope with stress and anxiety as well as practice mediation and build resilience skills.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
If you’re wondering how to pay for college, the Financial Aid team can talk to you about scholarships, grants, and loan options.
They can also take you through how to apply for aid and the overall financial aid process.
The Office of Equity & Inclusive Excellence offers several scholarships to new entering and transfer students.
Academic Support
The Warrior Success Center has just about everything you need for academic support with Advising Services and Tutoring Services.
And if you have a documented disability, you can request accommodations like note-takers and low-distraction test areas through Access Services.
There’s also the TRIO program, in which TRIO advisors meet with you one-on-one to provide encouragement, advice, course selection guidance, career exploration and much more.

DACA & Undocumented Student Resources
If you are undocumented, you are a full student at WSU like everyone else in your classes.
All students have access to campus support services. But often financial aid can be more complicated for undocumented students.
The Equity & Inclusive Excellence team can help you work with the Financial Aid Office. They can also direct you to information about DACA and other legal resources.
